What to do if the police stops you car?

Show your driver license, the vehicle registration and the insurance if needed. If you do not have any of those documents, only say your name.

You have the right to keep silence, and don not reveal your nationality, neither how or when you arrived, neither less your legal status.

You have the right to know why you are taken imprisoned. Also you have the right to ask the police officer if you are imprisoned or you can leave.

If the police had not found obvious reasons the officer does not have the right to search your vehicle. If they ask for your permission, you have the same right to do not agree for that search.

If you had an infraction and get a ticket, you have to sign the ticket. If you do not do it, the officers could imprison you. You can dispute the ticket on court
